A discussion with the Honorable Richard Goldstone and Dr. Lewis Gordon. Goldstone was a Supreme Court Justice who headed the influential Goldstone Commission investigating political violence in South Africa. He also served as the first chief prosecutor of the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and for Rwanda between August 1994 and September 1996. Dr. Gordon is a Professor of Africana Philosophy at the University of Connecticut.

The event will be moderated by Dr. Alecia Anderson, Assistant Professor of Sociology & Anthropology, UNO.

Lunch will be served at 12 noon.

This event is part of Human Rights Week sponsored by the Goldstein Family Community Chair in Human Rights.
