Lecture by David W. Blight on his book "Frederick Douglass: Prophet of Freedom"

Author and historian David W. Blight of Yale University will deliver a lecture based on his 2019 Pulitzer Prize-winning book, Frederick Douglass: Prophet of Freedom. Michael Crutcher, a living historian, will appear as Douglass, reenacting an 1893 speech given in Omaha. A book signing with Blight will follow. Books will be available for purchase.
